Shipping
Orders can be expected to take 1-2 weeks to ship from the purchase date. Most items are made to order (except for artworks, those are all ready to ship).This will depend on the time of the year, the influx of orders to process and the type of product. Most of the art-work is already made, most of the jewelry pieces will be made-to-order. If you have any questions shoot me an email. If you're shopping for Holiday season, last day to order is December 11. For any other inquiries email pauoterodesigns@gmail.com.

When choosing your shipping option, we suggest you choose Priority Shipping to insure your order up to $100. I am not responsible for replacing lost orders, but I am happy to assist you in working with the Postal Service to locate them if this unfortunately occurs. Also when ordering artworks, make sure you select the right shipping method since most of these are bigger items.

Refunds/Returns
Once an order is place there is no cancellation.I don’t accept returns since every item in handmade to order unless the item gets damaged in transit.
All of the items in my shop are made by me at my studio located in Kansas City, Missouri.
